My fingers were great, Kato :) I now carry my pocket warmer (had two but one of them met with an unhappy end), with me everywhere, and I keep the gloves on and in my pockets (along with the warmer) as much as possible. It sounds kinda complicated but it's very effective. My last challenge is long underwear. Strangely, I haven't found a store that carries them yet -- mostly just cheapola track pants I wouldn't wear to my own funeral.

Thanks, Fullet. I can't be 100% certain, but I think the ribbons survive because they're thick plastic. As you mention, anything else would probably be gerbil food by now.

That's awesome stuff! Not the red laces though. They must be very resilient, with that weather and so. If I put a red lace on the outside with that weather I bet it would become a red kleenex. So how could those ones endure those conditions? In my opinion, they should have become red kleenexs like mine (not that I have one). The rest is definitely awesome.
